Jobs can be quoted 3 ways:
1. As a "complete project" (fully quoted)
2. As a T & M (time and materials) job at a negotiated per hour rate.
3. As a T & M with a "not to exceed" limit - based on a ballpark quote.
Note: "Not to exceed" does not guarantee a completed job - just a max. billing.
Scheduling is based on current workload but may negotiate "rush jobs" at special rate.
Billing: 30% down payment of quoted or estimated total due at acceptance before work begins. Balance due at delivery of package. "Package" consists of CD-R including all database files. Documentation hardcopies available as an adder - please request at time of quote. Special billing arrangements negotiable for established customers.
Cancellation of any job after work has begun will automatically forfeit the 30% down payment as a minumum fee. Any work completed that exceeds the 30% down payment will be billed as T & M at the standard rate. Completed portion of the project will be delivered at payment.
