May 2006:  Here you see the rafter lumber stacked on the roof/floor, ready to be cut. Click the picture for a better view and some details on the nightmare of getting lumber delivered.

Here the rafters are cut to size and bird-mouthed to hang off the edge of the roof/floor for my eave.  They're laid out for "assembly line" attachment of the hanger brackets and oriented for efficient installation.
